Mobile Advisory Team conducting training near Phan Rang in Ninh Thuan Province. Most of the units we assisted were located within a few miles of our MACV HQ so we were not in remote situations as much as other MATs. With a few exceptions we commuted. This is a Regional Force unit somewhere along the railway.
